How Our Service Works

First, we want you to know that you are not alone. We also know from our own experience that this is probably one of the hardest decisions you will ever have to make for your loved one. There can be so many feelings and emotions that accompany with this process. Your mind might be spinning right now, and we want to assure you that we have resources on multiple levels to help you find the living environment that your loved one needs.

We operate as Senior Care Consultants and also as Senior Care Placement Specialists. In other words, we determine what your needs are first, and then we recommend the right options that will match your parameters and be the best fit for your loved one.

There is never any charge for placing your loved one.

Step One: Assessment

The first step is a conversation with you to gather information regarding your loved one’s needs. We’ll ask you some questions about their physical and medical needs, but we don't stop there.

It’s also important to take into consideration your loved one’s personality. What are they like? Are they an introvert or an extrovert? What did they do for a living? What are their likes and dislikes? What do they enjoy? Who had they been in their past? It’s important to take into account the geographic area that you are seeking and also the budget you wish to work within.

We are matchmakers. We want to match the energy level of your loved one to the best environment for them. Safety, quality of life for them, and peace of mind for you, the family, are of utmost importance to us.

Step Two: Placement Options

Once the assessment is completed, we’ll begin working on the best suited and available options for different facilities for you to explore. We narrow it down to a manageable number to help you.

Our business is relationship-based—we have established connections and experience with virtually every quality facility in the area. They are all licensed and vetted by the highest criteria. We know their operations inside and out, and we are very mindful of placing your family member in a place that is safe and match their level of engagement in order for them to thrive.

To assist in your decision, we offer personalized tours so you can see for yourself what different facilities have to offer. There is no time pressure, this is on your timeline and agenda. This is your decision and we want you to feel good about the next steps in moving forward. You can take your time and visit different facilities as often as you would like. Then again, some searches have to be made very quickly and we have lots of experience to help facilitate an urgent move.

Step Three: Follow-Through

Many ask how our business works. It is important for you to know that there is no charge to you for the service we provide. When your loved one moves into their new home, we receive a percentage of the first month’s fee paid by the facility that you choose.

This is our calling, we are here to guide and partner with you to lift a bit of the stress off of your shoulders. It is sincerely our pleasure to be of service to you and your family.
