Senior Placement Specialist and Senior Care Advisor

Jenna Pacini is passionate about helping people find a safe place to land no matter what the situation is. After years as a case manager with a nonprofit serving homeless veterans and working with families at Rose Hills Memorial Park & Mortuary, Jenna joined Gently Guided. In her role as an onsite case manager, Jenna helped senior veterans find and keep permanent, supportive housing. She describes her role as one part case manager, one part cruise director. She supported the veterans living in the facility with everything from accessing resources and registering to vote to family reunification, and engaged them in bingo games and enrichment activities.

Like Lisa, Jenna has personal experience as a family caregiver. She cared for her mother for years as her caregiver and advocate through multiple cancer diagnoses and was a caregiver to her sister before losing her to cancer at 45. Jenna now helps with the care of her father-in-law, who has Parkinson’s. A few months after joining Gently Guided, she guided her husband’s family through the process of finding a senior living community for him, and she continues to be one of the family members called when he needs additional support. Informed by her personal and professional experience, Jenna guides families through the process of moving loved ones to senior living communities with compassion and an intimate understanding of the needs of families and their loved ones.
