WE START WITH A PHONE CALL
Making the call is the hardest part. When you’re ready, we’re here to have a conversation. We’ll ask about your loved one’s needs, personality, interests, and preferences, your geographic area and budget. We’ll share our background and how our placement services work.

WE PROVIDE APPROPRIATE OPTIONS
We review the suitable options and provide you with well-vetted and appropriate options that match your loved one’s needs and ease your decision-making. We only refer to senior living communities we would trust for our own family members.

WE SUPPORT YOU, DECISION THROUGH MOVE
We tour communities with you and ask questions to assist in your decision. Afterward, we talk through what you saw and how each community fits your loved one’s needs. Once you make your choice, we support you through the move.
SENIOR LIVING OPTIONS
INDEPENDENT LIVING
For seniors who enjoy their independence, no longer want the responsibilities of owning a home, and want the opportunity to age in place, these communities offer social opportunities and connection.
ASSISTED LIVING
For seniors who need assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, assistance with meals and medication management. These specialized, residential care centers provide assistance with day-to-day tasks, while also promoting independence and quality of life.
MEMORY CARE
A memory care community or neighborhood is a specialized care center designed for individuals diagnosed with dementia, including Alzheimer’s. Staffed by specially trained professionals who provide engagement, support, and 24/7 supervision.
BOARD AND CARE
Board and care homes are homes in residential neighborhoods that typically have six residents. Some Board and Care homes provide memory care services. These intimate environments provide a high level of personalized care and attention to each resident.
